Life Care Home Appliances stands behind the quality of our machinery. However, the warranty is a partnership in care. The warranty shall be considered VOID if:
No Servo Stabilizer: The machine is operated without a functional, appropriately rated Servo Voltage Stabilizer.
Power Fluctuations: Damage is traced back to electrical surges or phase imbalances where protection was not installed.
Unskilled Operation: Damage is caused by negligence, improper setting adjustments, or failure to follow the provided SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) by an untrained operator.
Bypassing Safety: Any attempt to bypass safety sensors or electrical fuses.
Daily Log: Ensure your operator maintains a daily log of inlet voltage and machine performance.
Training: If you hire a new operator, contact Life Care Support to inquire about a refresher training session.
Stability Check: Test your stabilizer's output monthly to ensure it is delivering a steady 415V (3-Phase) or 230V (1-Phase) as required.
